HDB 转售组屋交易新的付款流程买家受益

HDB最新的转售组屋交易付款流程中，将原本在 1st appointment 10日内需要付清的10%首付和印花税，修改为在完成交易当天付清。但只收Cash Order 或 NETS. PR 买家的ABSD付款要求没有变化。
